Delivery Times

  • Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs

  • Spain: Free shipping
  • Eurozone: Free shipping
  • Outside the Eurozone: €15. We do not ship to Ukraine, Russia or Belarus.
  • Other specific destinations (USA, UK, UAE, Mexico...): €35

Important Information

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

 

RETURNS

Thank you for trusting Sophie Et Voilà. Our policy is designed to offer you a simple and transparent process.

1. Time Frames and General Conditions

    • You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
    • Items must be in their original condition: Unused, unwashed, with tags and in the original packaging.
      Items that are damaged, used or that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Return Costs

    • Spain: Free returns.
    • Eurozone: €8
    • Outside the Eurozone: €15
    • Other specific destinations (USA, UK, UAE, Mexico...): Returns are not accepted.

The costs will be automatically deducted from the refund where applicable.

3. How to Request a Return

    1. Send an email to care@sophieetvoila.com
    2. Include your order number in the subject line.
    3. Add a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
    4. You will receive your return label by email.
    5. Drop off the package or wait for collection according to the instructions provided.

 

4. Refunds

    • Once the return has been approved, the refund will be processed within up to 10 business days.
    • The same payment method used for the purchase will be used.

5. Exchanges

We do not make direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your order and place a new purchase.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within a maximum of 48 hours by writing to care@sophieetvoila.com
The process will be free of charge for you.

7. Non-Refundable Items

    • Bridal gowns.
    • Made-to-order items.
